Hawker Beechcraft Corporation’s (HBC) Vice President of Global Aircraft Financing, Structured Finance and Corporate Development, Kirsten started working with HBC in the spring of 2009 and formally joined the manufacturer of business, special-mission and trainer aircraft in 2010.  At HBC, she is responsible for customer aircraft financing, corporate development, structured finance, utilization of HBC’s balance sheet, developing and maintaining relations with financing institutions, investment banking communities as it relates to M&A, and strategic partnerships.

From 2008 through 2010, Bartok was a Managing Partner at AirFinance, where she led the firm’s efforts on a variety of principal and agent transactions in the general aviation sector.  Prior to AirFinance, Kirsten was a co-founder, board member and CFO of XOJET, a next generation private aviation fleet operator sold to TPG in the fall of 2007. As CFO, Kirsten oversaw financial and strategic initiatives including the company’s capitalization as well as the purchase of and aircraft financing for XOJET’s rapidly growing fleet and was responsible for raising more than $3 billion of equity and debt financing.

Prior to XOJET, Kirsten spent the previous 12+ years in private equity, investment banking and capital markets. Most recently Kirsten was a partner at Alpine Investors, a middle market private equity firm, where she led investments in the
